  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension until payment is received.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding installation sites, equipment, and access. 
  • Customers must ensure compliance with any applicable building, safety, or regulatory requirements. 
  • Access to the property must be granted for service personnel at agreed times.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

  • Sat-Link Communications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. 
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, weather conditions, or third-party provider issues. 
  • Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 
  • Cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee at the discretion of Sat-Link Communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Sat-Link Communications remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Privacy

Customer information collected for service delivery will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Sat-Link Communications reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
